The hotel has lovely and good rooms. It offers a dining area, ironing facilities, and a study table. - the staff is fabulous at all times. - the location is great and near a French restaurant and an industrial park.

Plenty of options, outstanding food. Well-equipped and clean units with adequate bedside table, a lovely big comfortable bed, as for instance. Ideal location to a field of horses, functional style building.

room and bathroom very small; much too small double bed; not a single German television channel; no toilet broom; the maintenance of the breakfast buffet were very sloppy, the price is too expensive.

The rooms are warm and outstanding with three single beds, an adequate bedside table, and pleasant views. A good choice of fabulous food for meals. - Perfect and practical location in a French restaurant, which is unheard of, in a good area.

We arrived at the hotel at 4.30p.m. on Sunday afternoon and it was closed. A note on the door said to enter our booking confirmation number. This was not acknowledged. We then had to ring an emergency number and 10 minutes later someone arrived but the hotel booking no. was not compatible with the booking com no. We paid for the room and breakfast via a machine and a key dropped down with a room number on it. Although the bed was clean the room was tired and toit was 38degrees we had to open the window and the room was filled with small flies because there were horses in the field to the rear. We discovered that the restaurant was closed and there was nowhere in the vicinity to get a meal because it was an industrial area.

The above says it all. We went for breakfast the following morning and left without even seeing a receptionist. Needless to say we will not be returning.

The property was exceptionally comfortable and functional. the staff was outstandingly accommodating. the triple room with a lovely big comfortable bed was the best. There were amenities like an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron available. the hotel's location in Macon was good, being close enough to an industrial park.

Practical perfect location, to a field of horses...

It was good to reach it after a long journey and it is pleasantly situated with open country view to the rear. The dining facilities are basic but acceptable.

The location is ideal, the service is good, the rooms are warm with a big comfortable bed, overall it was a great experience.

Quite good value for an overnight stay. I would have been really annoyed if I had payed the full adveryised price.

No staff on duty. All the hotel locked up and a really terrible atmosphere because of it. The room had a really damp smell and on investigation we found damp and mould on the bathroom ceiling. The room also smelt very strongly of smoke even though we had requested a non smokiong room. The carpet in the room was disgusting surely a clean is not a lot to ask.Very disappointing!

The staff members were excellent and very pleasant. the hotel has a convenient location near an industrial park and a French restaurant, making it a great choice. the breakfast with scrambled eggs was a nice touch for a satisfying start to the day.

Freindly staff and very good food well worth the money . We asked for a disabled accomadation and our needs were fully met
